Summary of Role:
- A Residential Finish Carpenter will complete hard surface flooring, millwork, cabinet, door installations with a meticulous eye for detail. In addition, the Finish Carpenter will complete shower waterproofing and tile installations on floors, walls, and ceilings.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
- Carpentry skills and experience required. Preferably in high-end residential applications
- Tile experience preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, design documents, and appliance specifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs and be on feet for long periods of time
- Excellent organization and time-management skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform finish carpentry work accurately and accordingly to plans and specifications
- Hardwood, Laminate, or LVP flooring installation
- Hang doors, install door/window casing, and baseboard installation
- Caulking and paint-prep
- Shower Waterproofing and tile underlayment installation
- Ornate tile installations and meticulous grouting
- Troubleshoot, analyze and repair site issues
- Observe and comply with all applicable OSHA Safety Regulations
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
Secondary Responsibilities
- Framing, siding, and window installation
- Material handling (skidloader work)
- Landscaping
- Grading and concrete prep
- Duties assigned by Lead Finish Carpenter, Superintendent, or Project Manager
Education and Experience
- GED or equivalent preferred
- Ability to operate machinery (skidloader, telehandler, boom lift)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be on feet for long periods of time
- 2+ years construction related experience
Compensation, Benefits, and Perks:
- $18-28/hr – DOE. Overtime paid at 1.5x hourly rate beyond 40 hours in each week.

- 1 week PTO in years 0-1
- 2 weeks PTO in years 2-5
- 3 weeks PTO in years 6-10
