We supply the customers, measurements, and pre-staged materials; you bring the skills, knowledge and crew. Avoid will-call lines as all glass and hardware are pre-staged at our shop to facilitate a grab and go glaze process.
Responsibilities:
Installation excellence – install frameless showers, dual-pane replacements, mirrors, and light-commercial fronts with zero call-backs.
Site professionalism – arrive in branded PPE, protect floors, maintain a tidy work zone, and leave the home cleaner than you found it.
Quality documentation – verify dimensions, capture step-by-step documentation, and close each ticket with required sign-off.
Safely perform a quality service or installation on the date promised.
Problem-solving – flag measurement discrepancies or hardware issues immediately and propose field fixes that keep the schedule moving.
Continuous improvement – share tool tips, jig ideas, or load-out tweaks that make the next install faster and safer for everyone.
