THE WORK AND OUR TEAM
You’ll help customers enjoy clean, comfortable homes by following MaidPro’s 49-Point Checklist and each home’s specific instructions. Attention to detail matters—and so does being friendly, helpful, and respectful of customers’ belongings and privacy.
We support one another throughout the day. That means sharing responsibilities fairly, offering a hand when needed, welcoming feedback, and communicating promptly with the office. We value people who approach challenges calmly and work with others to find solutions.
Everyone deserves a respectful workplace. We encourage employees to ask questions and raise concerns openly and professionally. Kindness, cooperation, and respect guide how we treat both our customers and one another.
PAY AND TRAINING
• $17.50–$18.50 per hour for cleaning work, effective September 28, 2026.
• Paid travel time and opportunities to earn customer tips.
• Training in our cleaning methods and 49-Point Checklist.
WHAT YOU NEED
• Availability Monday through Friday within the 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. window, without needing to leave early. Assigned hours may vary.
• Your own reliable vehicle, available for you to drive between assigned homes throughout the workday. Transportation provided by someone else does not meet this requirement.
• A valid Florida driver’s license in your own name.
• Current auto insurance covering your vehicle, with you listed as the policyholder or an insured driver.
• Current authorization to work in the United States and your own valid employment documentation.
• Willingness to complete the required background-check process.
• A dependable, service-minded approach and a willingness to learn.
WHERE YOU’LL WORK
Our office is at 7490 W Flagler St, Miami, FL 33144. We serve homes throughout our service area, including Doral, Hialeah, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Kendall, and Homestead.
