Position Overview
As a Residential House Cleaner, you will provide professional, detailed cleaning services in
our clients' homes. This is a solo house cleaning position, working in different homes throughout
the day. You will follow our proven cleaning systems and standards to ensure every home is
cleaned safely, thoroughly, and on time.

Key Responsibilities
Travel to scheduled client homes in Woodbury, MN and surrounding areas
Perform routine residential cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping,
cleaning bathrooms and kitchens.
Follow company quality standards to ensure each home is cleaned
thoroughly and consistently
Safely use and care for cleaning products and equipment provided by the company
Communicate professionally and courteously with clients and team members
Maintain a reliable, on-time work record and follow your daily schedule
Required Qualifications
Work authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States
Background check: Willing and able to pass a criminal background check
Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle to drive to client
homes
Commute: Live within a reasonable driving distance of Woodbury, MN (e.g., within
about 15 miles)
Physical requirements: Able to bend, kneel, reach, stand, and walk for extended
periods, and lift up to 20 pounds
Schedule availability: Available to work full-time, MondayFriday during daytime hours
Professionalism: Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently while following
company standards
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
Prior professional house cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial experience
Experience working in a fast-paced, physical role
Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality work
