Looking for a high-income sales role where your effort directly drives your paycheck? Riley Plumbing Heating & Air is expanding and seeking a motivated sales professional to join our team.

For over two decades, we've supported homeowners throughout the Carson Valley and surrounding areas with dependable plumbing, heating, and cooling solutions. As a locally owned company, we take pride in offering stable, year-round work and creating real career paths for our team members.

What You'll Do: In this role, you'll meet directly with homeowners to assess their needs and recommend HVAC and plumbing system solutions. You'll walk customers through replacement and upgrade options, explain system designs, and help them make informed decisions that improve their home comfort. This is a consultative, in-home sales position focused on problem-solving-not high-pressure selling.

Schedule Expectations:

• Full-time (40 hours per week)
• Flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays as needed

Earnings:

• $150,000–$200,000 annual target income
• Compensation structure includes base pay plus commission

What We're Looking For:

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving history
• Availability for evening and Saturday appointments
• At least 2 years of sales experience
• Prior in-home sales experience is a plus
• Comfortable using computers and software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Solid time management and organizational habits
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug screening upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
