What You'll Do

  • Meet with homeowners during company-scheduled appointments

  • Evaluate existing heating and cooling systems

  • Identify customer needs and recommend customized HVAC solutions

  • Present equipment, financing, and replacement options clearly and professionally

  • Build trust through education rather than high-pressure sales tactics

  • Prepare accurate proposals and complete sales documentation

  • Coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

  • Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process

  • Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the Horne brand

Qualifications

  • At least two years of consultative sales, in-home sales, or customer-facing experience

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills

  • Comfortable presenting solutions and guiding purchasing decisions

  • Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities

  • Strong organizational and computer skills

  • Professional verbal and written communication

  • High school diploma or GED

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Preferred Qualifications

  • Residential HVAC sales experience

  • Residential HVAC service experience

  • ServiceTitan experience

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
