Horne Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for a motivated Residential HVAC Comfort Advisor to join our growing sales team. If you enjoy meeting homeowners, building trust, and helping customers make informed decisions, this opportunity offers exceptional earning potential backed by a company that has served the Charlotte area since 1983.
Unlike many sales positions, you'll work exclusively with qualified appointments generated by our marketing and customer service teams. Your focus is simple: understand the homeowner's needs, recommend the right comfort solution, and provide an outstanding buying experience from beginning to end.
Whether your background is in residential HVAC, in-home sales, home improvement, or another consultative sales environment, you'll receive the training, leadership, and support needed to maximize your success.

Meet with homeowners during company-scheduled appointments
Evaluate existing heating and cooling systems
Identify customer needs and recommend customized HVAC solutions
Present equipment, financing, and replacement options clearly and professionally
Build trust through education rather than high-pressure sales tactics
Prepare accurate proposals and complete sales documentation
Coordinate with installation and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process
Deliver exceptional customer service while representing the Horne brand
At least two years of consultative sales, in-home sales, or customer-facing experience
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Comfortable presenting solutions and guiding purchasing decisions
Self-motivated with excellent time management abilities
Strong organizational and computer skills
Professional verbal and written communication
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Residential HVAC sales experience
Residential HVAC service experience
ServiceTitan experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish
