You’ll solve problems in real time, communicate clearly with customers, and keep safety and documentation front and center—while growing your craft in a genuinely supportive team.

Your Day, Simplified

• Morning: Review your schedule and prep parts. Head to your first call to diagnose what’s going on with a furnace, AC, or heat pump—and get it back online.
• Midday: Perform preventive maintenance and inspections to boost performance and efficiency, noting any emerging issues.
• Afternoon: Walk customers through findings in plain language, present repair options, and complete accurate service records before you roll.
• All day long: Work safely, follow codes and best practices, and collaborate with teammates to deliver five-star service.

What You’ll Own

• Expert troubleshooting and repair for residential HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps)
• Routine maintenance and system inspections for peak performance

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical certification preferred
• Proven residential HVAC field experience
• Sharp diagnostic skills and a problem-solver’s mindset
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Comfort working independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Knowledge of local HVAC codes and regulations
• EPA Type II required; EPA Universal preferred
