What You’ll Tackle

  • Perform tune-ups, adjustments, and repairs on HVAC equipment—air handlers, duct systems, vents, condensate lines, and more.
  • Diagnose performance problems and complete service work on residential systems to restore peak operation.
  • Guide customers through findings, outline options, and provide professional recommendations that fit their needs.
  • Keep work areas orderly, follow safety procedures, and document service details thoroughly.
  • Pitch in with related tasks and special projects as needed.

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years of HVAC experience, ideally focused on residential service.
  • EPA Certification.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Advanced troubleshooting and critical-thinking abilities for complex issues.
  • Craftsmanship mindset, positive attitude, and pride in quality work.
  • Customer-first approach and clear communication with diverse clients.
  • Professional presence with the ability to work across all organizational levels.
  • Adaptable, team-oriented, and energized by changing priorities.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • Lift 50 lbs routinely and up to 100 lbs on occasion.
  • Climb ladders; enter attics and crawlspaces; navigate tight areas; drive between jobs; and perform pushing, pulling, carrying, and precise hand-tool work.
  • Ability to drive.
  • Work indoors and outdoors, including attics and crawlspaces.
  • Stand, walk, and sit; communicate in person and by phone.
  • Use hands for handling materials/controls; reach with arms and hands.
  • Regular stooping, kneeling, bending, and crouching.
  • Frequent exposure to heat, cold, and weather (wind, rain, ice, snow).
