Residential HVAC Diagnostics Specialist
Location: Union, NJ • Employment Type: Full-time
Picture your day: you start from your driveway, step into your assigned take-home service truck (gas card ready), and open your iPad to your first ServiceTitan dispatch. You head to a nearby home to untangle a tricky comfort issue—could be a furnace that won’t fire, a heat pump acting up, a mini-split low on performance, central A/C short cycling, or a boiler with mystery noises. You diagnose with care, explain options at the kitchen table, and help the homeowner decide—repair or replace—while discussing financing and service agreements with honesty and clarity. Before the day wraps, you review your metrics, because you own your numbers and your goals.
