Location: Charlotte, NC
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Pay: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour based on experience, plus performance bonuses and incentives
Schedule Options
Full-Time: Four 10-hour shifts, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Monday through Thursday
Tuesday through Friday
Part-Time: Monday through Friday, approximately 20 to 25 hours per week

What You''ll Do
Schedule and dispatch residential HVAC service calls throughout the day
Assign technicians based on location, availability, and technical expertise
Monitor appointment progress and adjust schedules as priorities change
Communicate arrival updates and scheduling changes with homeowners
Coordinate with technicians to maximize productivity and route efficiency
Review work orders to verify accuracy before dispatching
Maintain detailed scheduling notes and customer records
Assist the service department in meeting daily performance goals
Provide professional communication between customers, field staff, and management
Help create a smooth, organized experience for both technicians and homeowners
Qualifications
At least two years of dispatching, scheduling, or service coordination experience
Minimum one year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
Ability to prioritize changing workloads throughout the day
Comfortable making independent decisions while working under deadlines
Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer software
Positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using ServiceTitan
Previous dispatching experience within HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or another home service industry
Experience coordinating field technicians and optimizing service routes
Familiarity with residential service operations
