    Job Description

    A day in the life

You start your morning by checking your stocked, clean, and organized company vehicle, reviewing your route with the office, and confirming you’ve got the right parts and tools accounted for. You head to customers’ homes, greet them with a courteous demeanor, slip protective floor savers over your footwear, and get to work.

On site, you inspect residential heating and air conditioning equipment and ducting, perform system diagnostics, and recommend solutions that keep equipment running right. When start-ups are required, you handle the wiring and commissioning, test performance, and record results to verify everything functions properly. You keep dispatch informed of findings, explain the services you perform to the customer and dispatch, and note any open concerns.

Throughout the day, you coordinate directly with the office on schedule adjustments, order needed parts so you’re prepared for upcoming appointments, and transport materials and tools safely—providing proper accounting for assigned items. You complete all tablet/paperwork neatly and on time, debrief each call with dispatch (and the customer as appropriate), and leave each workspace clean. You follow all safety policies and our code of ethics, and you take pride in representing Airtron as the neighbor people can count on.
