Residential HVAC Install - Experienced | $30.00 - $36.00 per hour + Take Home Van

Hourly Pay + Spiffs and Bonuses | Potential annual earning $95,000 - $100,000

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday | No Weekends | Overtime Available

Job Duties:

• Lead installation projects across the Phoenix metro area
• Residential changeouts / Retrofit installation
• Residential AC systems, Heat pumps, Furnaces, Duct modification, Indoor air quality accessories
• Commissioning and job organization
• Communicating with homeowners
• Maintaining clean job sites

Requirements:

• 3+ years residential HVAC installation experience
• Experience with systems changeouts / retrofit
• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation best practices
• EPA Certification
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
