About the Role
We are currently looking for a Residential HVAC Install Technician who wants to grow with a company that values long-term careers. In this position, you'll install residential HVAC systems from start to finish, ensuring each project is completed safely, efficiently, and up to code.
You'll work with system layouts, ductwork, and equipment installation while maintaining a high standard of workmanship. Whether working independently or alongside a team, your attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right will play a key role in our continued success.

Compensation and Benefits
- Hourly Pay: $25-$30 depending on experience
- Consistent Monday-Friday schedule (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM) with overtime opportunities

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC installation experience
- Valid Kentucky HVAC Journeyman license
- EPA Universal certification
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- HVAC school training and NATE certification are a plus
