Key Responsibilities
- Install residential HVAC equipment and systems
- Fabricate and modify basic duct fittings as needed
- Complete installations according to company standards
- Assist with gas piping and system layout work
- Perform wiring and equipment start-up procedures
- Train and mentor installation helpers
- Deliver a professional customer experience on every project
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience
- Experience with ductwork installation and fabrication
- Knowledge of gas piping practices and layouts
- Basic electrical and wiring experience
- Own standard HVAC hand tools
- Ability to guide and train less experienced team members
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship
- Professional appearance and communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
