We are currently seeking a dependable and experienced Residential HVAC Installation Technician who takes pride in high-quality workmanship and wants to grow with a team that truly supports its people.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive starting pay of $29/hour and up, based on experience

Work Schedule
- Monday - Friday
- Typical hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Overtime available as needed
Position Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality residential and light commercial HVAC system installations
- Handle equipment changeouts, full system installs, ductwork modifications, and related projects
- Adhere to all safety protocols and industry best practices on every job
- Keep job sites clean and protect customer property at all times
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain clear communication
- Collaborate effectively with the installation crew to ensure projects are completed correctly and efficiently
Qualifications
- Solid previous experience installing residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Strong knowledge of HVAC installation techniques and mechanical systems
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, blueprints, and technical instructions
- Dedication to safety, quality craftsmanship, and ongoing learning
- Reliable work ethic and professional demeanor
