Compensation & Schedule
- Level 1 (1-2 years exp): $18.50 - $22.00 per hour
- Level 2 (2-4 years exp): $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
- Level 3 (4+ years exp): $28.50 - $34.00 per hour
- Level 4-5 (Senior/Lead Installers): $34.00 - $41.00 per hour
- Up to $1,500 Sign-On Bonus for qualified candidates
- Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM with occasional overtime

Key Responsibilities
- Install new HVAC systems in residential homes and light commercial buildings
- Perform installations according to manufacturer specifications and local codes
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Troubleshoot installation challenges as they arise
Requirements
- 1+ years of hands-on residential HVAC installation experience (more experienced candidates encouraged to apply)
- Valid driver''s license with clean driving record
- EPA Certification (preferred)
- NATE Certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
