Key Responsibilities
As a Residential Installer, you'll be instrumental in delivering top-tier comfort and quality. Your responsibilities include:
Removing, replacing, and safely firing up new HVAC systems in residential homes.
Communicating with customers like a pro, building trust with every interaction.
Protecting customers' homes while performing expert installations.
Tackling minor carpentry work, such as moldings, platforms, and attic access.
Modifying ductwork and connecting piping, including brazing and soldering.
Handling electrical hookups safely and ensuring they are up to code.
Maintaining sharp tools, keeping your company van clean, and your team informed.
Collecting payments and ensuring job completion like a seasoned professional.
What We Need From You
2+ years of recent residential HVAC installation field experience.
A valid Florida driver’s license.
EPA certification is preferred (but not required – we'll help you get there!).
Experience with high/low voltage wiring.
Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
Service Titan experience is a plus
Ability to successfully pass a background check & drug test.
A great attitude, strong work ethic, and a customer-first mindset.
Must be 18 years of age or older and ready to hit the ground running.
The compensation for this position is fully commission based and expected to range between $26 - $30 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
