Are you an experienced Residential HVAC Installer with an active Connecticut D-2 or S-2 license who is ready for more responsibility, better earning potential, and a real path to leadership?
We are growing our residential HVAC operation in the Greater Hartford area and looking for a skilled installer who takes pride in doing the job right the first time.

What You’ll Do
As a Residential HVAC Installer, you will handle residential system replacements and installations from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
- Install furnaces, air-conditioning systems, heat pumps, air handlers, controls, and related equipment
- Complete residential HVAC system replacements
- Perform system startups, testing, and commissioning
- Troubleshoot installation and performance issues
- Ensure all work meets code requirements, manufacturer specifications, and company standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Complete installation documentation accurately
- Help reduce callbacks through quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Support and mentor apprentices or junior installers as the team grows
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Active Connecticut D-2 or S-2 HVAC Journeyperson License
- EPA Section 608 certification
- Strong residential HVAC installation experience
- Experience with furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, controls, and system startups
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional communication skills
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

- NATE certification
