As a Residential Installer at Better Air NW, you’ll install HVAC systems and ductwork in homes across the Puget Sound area while providing friendly, professional service. You’ll work closely with our Install Manager and crew to ensure every project is completed safely, cleanly, and to the highest standard. If you enjoy hands-on work, problem‑solving, and making a real impact for customers, this role is a great fit.
