Occasional evenings and weekends as needed.Responsibilities:Complete residential retrofit and HVAC system replacement installationsInstall heating and cooling equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standardsCoordinate with installers, customers, and other trades to ensure projects are completed safely and efficientlyMaintain a clean, organized work area while delivering an outstanding customer experienceRead installation drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications to ensure proper system installationQualifications:Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving recordMinimum of 3 years of residential retrofit/changeout installation experiencePrevious experience leading installation projects preferredEPA Universal Certification requiredAllen County Journeyman License is a plusSelf-motivated with excellent organizational skillsProfessional communication and strong customer service abilitiesCommitment to producing high-quality workmanship and continuous learningAbility to safely lift up to 50 poundsHigh school diploma or GEDCandidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
