Pay: $24.00-$40.00 per hour + commission
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM with occasional overtime
What You'll Do
- Install HVAC systems, including ductwork, condensers, air handlers, and controls
- Fabricate and install sheet metal ductwork as needed
- Perform soldering and brazing for copper line sets and system connections
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and local building codes
- Maintain clean, professional job sites and vehicles
- Communicate clearly with customers and represent the company with professionalism
- Complete all required documentation and installation checklists
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- EPA certification required
- Skilled in soldering and sheet metal fabrication
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and various weather conditions
- Solid communication skills and a customer-first mindset
- A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Desired Qualifications:
- NATE Certification, a plus
- OSHA or other safety certifications, a plus
