With an A+ Better Business Bureau rating and a small, supportive team, we're committed to providing reliable service and lasting comfort to our customers.What We Offer$30.00-$40.00 per hour + commissionCompany vehicle provided + gas cardMedical, dental, and vision insurance (50% employer-paid)Paid holidays + paid time offStable work with a locally owned companySmall team environment where your work is recognizedTraining, certification support, licensing assistance, and professional development opportunitiesSchedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pmWhat You'll Be DoingInstall residential HVAC systems, including ductwork, condensers, air handlers, and controlsFabricate and install sheet metal ductwork as neededPerform soldering and brazing on copper line sets and HVAC connectionsComplete installations according to manufacturer specifications and local building codesMaintain clean job sites and company vehiclesCommunicate professionally with homeowners and provide excellent customer serviceComplete installation paperwork, checklists, and required documentationWhat We're Looking For3+ years of residential HVAC installation experienceEPA certification requiredExperience with soldering and sheet metal fabricationValid driver's license with a clean driving recordAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and various weather conditionsStrong communication skills and a customer-first attitudeReliable, detail-oriented team player with a strong work ethicPreferred QualificationsNATE Certification (preferred)OSHA or other safety certifications (preferred)Ready to Join Our Team?If you're an experienced HVAC Installer who takes pride in quality work and wants to be part of a respected local company, apply today.
