Residential HVAC Installer: Residential retrofit / changeout installations
Pay Range: $38.00 to $40.00 per hour, depending on experience and union card
Schedule: Monday through Friday | 7:00am to 4:00pm | occasional overtime
What You Will Be Doing:
- Perform residential HVAC system replacements and retrofit installations in existing homes
- Install and configure a variety of heating and cooling equipment, including gas furnaces, electric furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-split systems
- Modify, replace, and install ductwork to ensure proper airflow and system efficiency
- Conduct system testing, airflow verification, and balancing to optimize performance
- Diagnose and resolve installation-related issues to ensure equipment operates correctly and meets manufacturer specifications
- Educate homeowners on system features, operation, maintenance requirements, and answer any questions regarding their newly installed HVAC equipment

What We Are Looking For:
- 3 + years of HVAC industry experience, or an equivalent combination of technical education and practical field experience
- Current EPA Universal Certification
- Strong understanding of HVAC system design principles, ductwork layout, fabrication, and installation
- Knowledge of low-voltage HVAC controls, wiring, and system operation
- Ability to interpret, follow, and ensure compliance with applicable mechanical, electrical, and building codes
- Skilled at evaluating customer concerns and recommending effective solutions that support both customer satisfaction and business objectives
- Possess a valid driver's license with a driving record that meets insurance requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education required
