Residential HVAC Installer

Pay Range: $18–$30 per hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. | Overtime Available

What You'll Do
- Install residential HVAC systems according to company quality standards
- Ensure every installation is completed safely, efficiently, and accurately
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- Troubleshoot installation issues and deliver effective solutions
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Mentor and support entry-level installers as part of a collaborative team
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- NATE Certification or ability to obtain certification within one year
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
- Desire to coach and develop less experienced team members
