We're currently looking for a Residential HVAC Installer who is ready to take the next step professionally. As part of our installation team, you will:

• Install residential heating and cooling systems according to company standards
• Ensure each project is completed efficiently, safely, and to a high level of quality
• Lead and mentor junior installers on job sites
• Deliver a professional and positive experience for homeowners

Work Schedule: Four 10-hour days per week (enjoy a 3-day weekend!)

Compensation: Up to $40/hour based on experience, plus bonuses. Our top earners exceed $100,000 annually!

Required Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience preferred
• EPA Universal Certification
• NATE Installation certification (or ability to obtain within one year)
• Strong knowledge of residential system design and ductwork installation
• Experience working with refrigerant systems, gas and electric furnaces, and heat pumps
• Understanding of applicable residential codes and safety practices
• Familiarity with low-voltage systems and system balancing
• Ability to lead, train, and support other installers

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment
