Residential HVAC Installer

Residential HVAC Installer | $28.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Hours: Monday through Friday | 7:30am to 5:00pm | overtime as needed

What You Will Be Doing:

• Perform residential HVAC replacement and retrofit projects
• Install refrigerant piping, ducting systems, control wiring, and related components
• Develop knowledge of HVAC installation methods, standards, and best practices
• Work effectively under supervision while also handling tasks independently and collaborating with team members
• Conduct equipment commissioning, testing, and operational verification after installation
• Participate in ongoing employer-sponsored training through the Trane dealer network and pursue NATE certification opportunities

What We Are Looking For:

• Possess a current driver''s license with an insurable driving record
• Minimum of 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience, or an equivalent mix of formal training and hands-on experience
• EPA certification
• Capable of lifting and positioning up to 100 pounds overhead with assistance when needed
• High school diploma or equivalent
• NATE Core and Specialty certifications are preferred; company-provided training is available for qualified candidates

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
