$5,000 SIGN-ON BONUS
 



Pay Range: $22–$35 per hour + Commissions
Starting pay is based on experience, technical skills, certifications, and overall industry knowledge.

What We’re Looking For
 

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience 
• Strong installation skills with the ability to properly install, start up, and test residential HVAC equipment according to manufacturer specifications and company standards. 
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude 
• Comfortable communicating directly with homeowners 
• Motivated, dependable, and professional in appearance and conduct 
• Must have a clean and valid driver’s license
