What You'll Do

• Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish
• Install heating and cooling equipment according to manufacturer specifications
• Fabricate and install ductwork as needed
• Perform equipment start-ups and system testing
• Complete customer walkthroughs before and after installations
• Mentor and train installation helpers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Complete installation documentation accurately

What We're Looking For

We're searching for a leader who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys helping others succeed.

Qualifications include:

• Residential HVAC installation experience (2+ years preferred)
• Previous leadership or crew lead experience is a plus
• EPA certification preferred
• NATE certification is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and MVR
• Physically able to perform the demands of residential HVAC installation (exerting 50+ pounds, climbing ladders, work in extreme temperatures, etc.)
