Read scopes, coordinate with helpers, protect the customer's home, and keep jobs organized.
Follow Florida residential HVAC code, manufacturer requirements, and Hales AC quality standards.
Communicate clearly with customers, dispatch, warehouse, and leadership.
What we offer
$90,000-$140,000 annual earning potential based on experience and performance.
Full-time, year-round work with modern trucks, tools, uniforms, and field support.
Health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, employee discounts, and training.
Opportunity to grow with a local in-house install team. No subcontractor culture.
What we are looking for
3-5 years of verifiable residential HVAC installation experience, including lead-level work.
EPA certification required.
Current knowledge of Florida residential HVAC codes.
