Pay: $30-$45/hour DOE + Spiffs & BonusesSchedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-5:00 PM (Occasional OT)

What You'll Do
- Lead and supervise residential HVAC installation teams
- Install and commission residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Ensure installations meet quality, safety, and code standards
- Train and mentor installers to improve performance and skill level
- Perform system testing, balancing, and troubleshooting
- Communicate professionally with customers and provide solution-based recommendations
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Strong knowledge of system design and ductwork installation
- Experience with gas and electric furnaces, heat pumps, and refrigerant systems
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate installation teams
- Solid understanding of HVAC low-voltage systems
- Strong safety awareness and jobsite best practices
- Ability to diagnose issues and provide customer-focused solutions
- Knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC codes
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to complete leadership training and 20+ hours of advanced HVAC training annually
- Willingness to obtain and maintain NATE Installer Certification
