Residential HVAC Lead Installer

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Residential HVAC Lead Installer to join our team in New Brunswick, NJ. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential settings. Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
• Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations during installations.
• Conduct system diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve issues efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
• Train and mentor junior installers and apprentices.
• Maintain accurate records of installations, repairs, and service calls.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in HVAC preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation, with a focus on residential systems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• EPA Universal or EPA type 2
