Compensation

$23.00 – $40.00+/hour + uncapped commission
Top performers earn $50+/hour

What You’ll Do as an HVAC Installer

• Install residential HVAC systems in accordance with company standards, local codes, and manufacturer specifications
• Ensure all installations meet safety and quality requirements
• Pre-measure and assess job sites to ensure proper system sizing and installation readiness
• Connect equipment, ductwork, and electrical components accurately and efficiently
• Provide professional, customer-focused communication on every job

What You’ll Bring

• 2–5+ years of HVAC installation experience (Lead Installer experience required)
• HVAC certification, degree, or equivalent hands-on experience
• Strong attention to detail and workmanship standards
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
