Job Description

Job responsibilities:

• Service and install boilers, furnaces, central air conditioning, mini-splits, oil, gas, and propane burners.
• Build and maintain a trusting business relationship with customer base.
• Clean and maintain work area, vehicles, shop, and office.
• Train and share knowledge with coworkers, vendors, and customers.

Required skills:

• Must be good at troubleshooting and problem solving
• Must be personable and have good customer service
• Must be honest and trustworthy
• Must be hardworking, enjoy what you do, and take pride in your work
• Must be a team player and work well with others

Required work experience:

• 3-5 years in the HVAC field
• B2, D2, or S2 licensing

Preferred certification/ licensing:

• S2 licensing
• EPA certification
• CT drivers license with clean record
• CDL-B with Hazmat beneficial (not required)
