If you're ready for a rewarding opportunity with a future, we want to meet you!WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING AS A RESIDENTIAL HVAC MAINTENANCE MECHANIC:In this role, you'll be the professional homeowners trust to keep their HVAC systems running at peak performance. Your day will include conducting preventative maintenance visits, cleaning condenser and evaporator coils, replacing and servicing filters, inspecting equipment, diagnosing common concerns, troubleshooting thermostat and airflow issues, and performing minor repairs when needed. You'll also spend time educating customers about system operation and energy efficiency while maintaining detailed reports that accurately document service history, repairs, and equipment conditions.
