Imagine arriving at a home with a downed air handler on a rainy morning. You isolate the fault, wire the new control board, verify refrigerant pressures, record your readings, and explain the fix—leaving the space spotless and the family comfortable again. If this sounds like your kind of day, you’ll excel as our Residential HVAC Maintenance & Repair Mechanic.

Inspect & Inform: Conduct comprehensive system inspections and notify dispatch/customers of any outstanding concerns.
Communicate: Clearly explain all services and repairs performed to dispatch/customers; debrief after each call with documentation.
Coordinate & Prepare: Work with the office to schedule your day; order and stage all required parts so you’re ready for each appointment.
Logistics: Transport parts, materials, and tools to job sites and account for assigned inventory.
Cleanliness & Care: Use protective floor savers on footwear; leave jobsites clean; maintain a tidy, organized company vehicle.
