Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues in residential properties.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on heating and cooling systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
• Install new HVAC equipment as needed, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about repairs and maintenance options.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent on each job.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC systems is preferred.
• Valid HVAC certification and VA HVAC Journeyman Mechanic license
• Minimum 2 years proven experience in residential HVAC repair and maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions.
