Residential HVAC Sales Representative

Position Overview: We're looking for a motivated and personable Residential HVAC Sales Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you'll meet with homeowners to assess their heating, cooling, and plumbing needs, provide product and service recommendations, and close sales-ensuring each customer receives the best comfort solution for their home. Pay: Competitive base salary plus performance-based commission structure
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with occasional overtime and weekend hours based on demand
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years or more of in-home residential sales experience
- Experience within the HVAC industry or knowledge of HVAC systems and solutions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable presenting to homeowners
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail; able to manage records, scheduling, and timely follow-ups to ensure a smooth sales process.
Preferred:
- Previous experience selling HVAC systems or services
- Basic technical knowledge of heating, cooling, and plumbing products
