Residential HVAC Service Tech

Now, we're hiring a full-time Residential HVAC Service Tech to go into our clients' homes, assess their heating and air conditioning systems, and complete high-quality repairs and maintenance to get everything working flawlessly!

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

• Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Travel to customers' homes, speak with them about their system issues, and inspect equipment to diagnose the cause of problems
• Clearly explain service options to customers and gain their approval before completing high-quality repairs, replacements, and maintenance services
• Repair and maintain furnaces, water heaters, air conditioning units, and other residential equipment
• Participate in team huddles and research upcoming jobs before heading out

• 1+ years of experience servicing heating and air conditioning systems
• Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Professional attitude with the ability to clearly explain service options to clients
