We are looking for a dedicated HVAC Service Technician to join our team and grow with us!

Primary Job Function: Perform service, maintenance, and repairs on residential heating and air conditioning systems while delivering excellent customer service.

Pay Scale: $25 - $30 per hour, depending on experience, with the option to choose between hourly pay or commission-based pay

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40+ hours per week, with some overtime and on-call as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• EPA License preferred
• HVAC Technical School certification preferred

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
