The Role

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, maintain, and service residential heating and cooling systems while delivering exceptional customer service and quality workmanship.

This role is ideal for a technician who enjoys solving problems, working directly with homeowners, and helping customers make informed decisions regarding the comfort and efficiency of their home's HVAC system.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems

• Perform maintenance and service on heating and cooling equipment

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical HVAC issues

• Service heat pumps, air conditioners, furnaces, air handlers, and mini-split systems

• Identify and present repair or replacement options to homeowners when appropriate

• Complete accurate job documentation and paperwork

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle

• Communicate professionally with customers and team members

• Deliver outstanding customer service on every call

• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude in customers' homes

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC experience preferred

• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Experience working directly with homeowners

• Professional communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently

• Experience with residential HVAC systems, heat pumps, furnaces, air conditioners, and mini-splits

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Ability to maintain accurate paperwork and documentation

• Professional appearance, strong work ethic, and team-oriented attitude
