Pay & Schedule
- $29.00-$34.00 per hour, plus spiffs
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
- Rotating on-call schedule

What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems
- Deliver excellent customer service and clearly explain repair and replacement options
- Recommend HVAC solutions tailored to customer needs
- Perform high-quality work while following safety and company standards
- Work efficiently during regular hours with occasional overtime during peak seasons
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and follow safety procedures
