Responsibilities include:Diagnose and repair residential HVAC equipmentTroubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related issuesService air conditioners, heat pumps, furnaces, and indoor air quality equipmentPerform preventative maintenance and system inspectionsIdentify system deficiencies and recommend appropriate repairsClearly explain findings and repair options to homeownersComplete service paperwork and maintain accurate job recordsPerform occasional installation-related work as neededFollow manufacturer specifications and company safety standardsWhat We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate brings solid residential service experience and the ability to work independently in customers' homes.Required:2+ years of residential HVAC service experienceEPA CertificationStrong diagnostic and troubleshooting skillsExperience with heat pumps, gas furnaces, and refrigerant systemsProfessional communication and customer service skillsValid driver's license with an insurable driving recordSchedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PMOvertime is available, and technicians participate in a rotating on-call schedule.Build Your Career With Allied AireAt Allied Aire, your experience matters.
