Residential HVAC Service Technician

Pay Range: $24.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday | 8:00am to 4:30pm | occasional overtime
What You Will Be Doing:
- Service, repair, and maintenance on residential HVAC equipment
- Troubleshooting, repairing and installing new parts
- Makes recommendations on repairs, and educate customers on indoor air quality products
- Communicate benefits of preventative maintenance
- Excellent customer service

What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on service experience of residential HVAC systems
- Experience performing routine preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Universal EPA Certification
- Strong communication and customer care abilities with a focus on client satisfaction
- Hold a NATE Core Certification and obtain applicable specialty certifications within the first year of employment
- Must have the necessary hand tools and equipment to perform assigned duties
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent qualification
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving history
- Graduation from an accredited HVAC trade or technical training program preferred
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
