We're growing and looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who wants stability, support, and a workplace where their work truly matters.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (heat pumps, furnaces, A/Cs, and controls)
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Replace faulty components following manufacturer specs and local codes
• Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners
• Complete accurate service documentation for each job
• Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and tools
• Work collaboratively to deliver high-quality service and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal Certification (required)
• Strong troubleshooting skills, including electrical diagnostics
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor conditions
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused team player

Preferred (Not Required)

• NATE Certification
• OSHA or other safety certifications
