What You'll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Educate homeowners on repair and replacement options
• Deliver outstanding customer service on every call
• Recommend maintenance memberships and additional solutions when appropriate
• Complete accurate service documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle
• Represent One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning with professionalism

What We're Looking For

Our best technicians have more than technical skills - they build trust with customers and take pride in their work.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in residential HVAC service (2+ years preferred)
• EPA certified (required)
• NATE certified (preferred)
• High School diploma or GED (required)
• A strong communicator who enjoys helping customers
• Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
• A problem solver with a positive attitude
• Comfortable working a flexible schedule during peak seasons
• Able to pass a background check, drug screen, and MVR
