Residential HVAC Service Technician
$35-$43/hour Depending on Experience

What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot system issues efficiently and provide long-term solutions
- Perform preventative maintenance and service calls with professionalism and attention to detail
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding findings, recommendations, and repair options
- Maintain accurate service documentation and job notes
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
- Test and verify system performance after repairs and installations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Work independently while representing the company professionally in customers' homes
Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Certification required
- NATE Certification preferred
- HVAC technical school training preferred
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Experience servicing furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and related HVAC systems
- Ability to make informed repair vs. replacement recommendations
- Knowledge of low-voltage systems and electrical troubleshooting
- Understanding of air balancing principles and airflow diagnostics
- Familiarity with basic sheet metal practices
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset
