Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC equipment and systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on residential HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.
• Present recommendations for system repairs, replacements, and upgrades that provide value to customers.
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Educate customers on proper system operation, maintenance, and energy-saving practices.
• Participate in company and manufacturer training programs.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, bending, and climbing.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and confined spaces.
• Manual dexterity and physical stamina required for daily service work.

Qualifications:

• HVAC degree, certification, or equivalent residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills for residential heating and cooling systems.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate and handle HVAC tools and equipment.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
