Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
- Overtime as needed
- On-call rotation required
Key Responsibilities
- Install and service residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnose system issues and provide effective, customer-focused solutions
- Test, balance, and measure duct systems
- Follow all HVAC codes, safety standards, and company procedures
- Communicate clearly with customers, supervisors, and builders
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Safely operate a company vehicle on a daily basis
Qualifications
- 2+ years of HVAC installation and service experience (residential/light commercial)
- Valid EPA Certification
- Knowledge of sheet metal fittings
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to complete 20+ hours of advanced HVAC training annually
- Ability to obtain and maintain NATE Installer certifications
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
