Job Title: HVAC Service Technician
Work Hours: Monday through Friday; 8:00am to 4:30pm
Pay Rate: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience
Position Overview:
- Service, repair and maintenance on residential and light commercial equipment
- Annual maintenance / clean and checks
- Service and repairs on residential systems
- Excellent customer service
- Provide feedback to the Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory, and retail pricing

Qualifications / Skills:
- 2 + years of HVAC experience or combination of education and experience
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- EPA certification
- Able to perform annual maintenance / clean and checks
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Familiar with a wide range of residential equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience consulting homeowner with repair and replacement decisions
- Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
- Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
- High school diploma or GED
- HVAC Technical School certificate of completion desired
