WHAT YOU WILL DO

You will serve residential homeowners throughout the Tampa area by maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing heating and air-conditioning systems while delivering a professional experience that earns repeat business and five-star reviews.Your responsibilities will include:
•Perform complete residential HVAC maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs.
•Evaluate the full system rather than focusing only on the immediate complaint.
•Identify legitimate safety, comfort, airflow, electrical, refrigerant, indoor-air-quality, and reliability concerns.
•Clearly explain your findings and why they matter.•Build professional options that allow the homeowner to choose how they want to move forward.
•Recommend appropriate repairs, improvements, accessories, maintenance plans, or replacement evaluations when warranted.
•Recheck system operation after every service or repair.
•Document findings, measurements, photos, recommendations, and outcomes before leaving the home.
•Protect the customer's property using shoe covers, drop cloths, and clean work practices.
•Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked service vehicle.
•Follow company safety, quality-control, and customer-experience procedures.
•Coordinate with leadership on high-risk systems, major repairs, and follow-up opportunities.

You will start with a solid Hourly foundation, plus a bonus structure designed to reward technicians who take the time to do a complete evaluation and present comprehensive solutions. SCHEDULE AND ON-CALL

We believe in serving customers when they need us without unnecessarily burning out our technicians. On-call is rotational, organized, and shared among the team. We prioritize intelligent scheduling so after-hours calls remain reasonable. When you are on call, we expect you to be available and responsive. When you are not on call, we want you to be able to enjoy your life outside of work.

REQUIREMENTS

You must have:
•EPA 608 certification.
•Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
•Residential HVAC service experience.
•Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic ability.
•Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners.
•Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, outdoor conditions, and other residential field environments.
•Willingness to follow established service processes.
•Willingness to receive coaching and improve.
•Ability to document calls accurately using photos, measurements, and written findings.
